Linkquire Supplier Guide

Last updated: English中文
In this guide

Use Linkquire to find buyer requests, offer publishing sites and prices, provide assessment evidence, and submit published article URLs after a buyer records cooperation. You may be a direct publisher or a reseller with a genuine publishing arrangement. The buyer pays your placement fee directly.

1. Register, sign in and verify your email

  1. Open Supplier sign-in and choose registration. Use Google or your name, email and a password of at least 10 characters.
  2. Complete Cloudflare security verification before email registration or starting Google sign-in. Repeat it if the token expires.
  3. On your first visit, choose Supplier and enter your company or business name to set up the workspace.
  4. For email registration, open the message titled Verify your Linkquire email and follow the link. Check spam if needed and use the verification banner to resend. There is normally a 60-second wait between resends.
  5. Return and refresh your verification status using the banner. Google sign-in usually needs no separate email verification when Google supplies a verified email; follow the actual status shown.

A verified email is required to submit proposals, receive subscribed request emails and submit feedback. Verify an existing email/password account before linking the same Google identity.

The interface defaults to English and can be switched to Chinese. Chinese buyer input is prepared as an English brief and reviewed by the buyer. The requested article language is separate from the interface language.

2. Find the workspace tools

MenuPurpose
Find requestsSearch open requests and view their details
My proposalsCheck assessment results, edit or withdraw quotes
Placement deliveryReview engagements, submit published URLs and follow acceptance
Email preferencesSubscribe to matching new requests
Product feedbackReport problems and suggest improvements

3. Choose suitable requests

Search Find requests by industry, market or language. Open the request and review:

  • The buyer's business, audience and target market: Global or selected countries.
  • Article language and accepted Guest Post/Link Insertion formats.
  • Placement budget and minimum Ahrefs DR.
  • The buyer-confirmed English brief and quote deadline.

You cannot submit new quotes after a request closes or expires. Unpublished buyer drafts are not listed. Displayed times use Beijing time (UTC+8); date input fields use your browser's local time.

The buyer's website and target URL are private fields rather than ordinary public listing information. Confirm the exact destination and content directly when arranging cooperation. Public recruitment pages use an anonymous summary; the signed-in supplier brief may include brand information approved by the buyer.

4. Submit a publishing-site list and prices

Use Submit your publisher list inside a request.

  1. Paste domains or CSV/TSV and choose Prepare domain list. You can also import CSV or download the template. A batch supports up to 10 domains.
  2. Confirm each domain and choose Guest Post, Link Insertion or Both — separate prices.
  3. Enter the price for each supported format. Both requires two prices and creates two independently assessed proposals.
  4. Add optional article URLs as described below.
  5. Complete the batch terms: quote expiry, expected publishing days, link attribute, contact available to buyers after unlock, and confirmed editorial/publishing conditions.
  6. Choose Submit batch and inspect each row's result. Correct rows with errors; successful proposals appear in My proposals.

This example illustrates the format only, not real inventory:

domain,type,guest_post_price,link_insertion_price,article_url,reference_url
example.com,both,120,70,https://example.com/relevant-article,https://example.com/editorial-sample
example.org,guest_post,150,,,https://example.org/sample

The current limit is 20 opportunities per supplier per request, including withdrawn entries. Both counts as two. An identical repeat submission does not create a new independent opportunity. Changed terms trigger a new assessment; previously unlocked buyer snapshots are retained.

Describe confirmed conditions clearly

Include accepted topics, word count, permitted links/attributes, editorial approval, byline or disclosure rules, timing and restrictions. Batch terms apply to every submitted offer; edit individual proposals afterward if they differ. Do not state publishing authority, permanent retention or editorial terms as confirmed unless you have verified them.

Use a structure like this with your actual confirmed information:

Format: new Guest Post article / insertion into an existing article
Accepted topics and word count: ...
Links and attributes: ...
Editorial approval and disclosure: ...
Expected delivery and other restrictions: ...

5. Understand the two optional article URLs

FieldWhat to provideWhy it helps
Reference article URL, Guest PostAn accessible existing editorial article on the publishing siteHelps assess content and relevance; this is not the future guest-post delivery URL
Suggested insertion article URL, Link InsertionAn existing relevant article on that publishing siteProvides a candidate insertion context; leave blank if you want Linkquire to search

Prefer a complete, relevant article URL on the same publishing site. Your agency page, an unrelated domain, a homepage or a nonexistent article is not a useful article reference. Add the URL on your first quote or later through Edit.

Providing a URL does not guarantee qualification. Link Insertion needs an actually readable, relevant article; the platform will not invent a placement when none is suitable. For an unreadable Guest Post site, reliable publisher background may help, with the basis and limitations stated.

6. Read assessments and provide evidence

Open My proposals after submitting.

StatusWhat to do
Awaiting reviewWait for processing
Under reviewCheck again when the result is ready
Matches briefWait for buyer selection; keep terms and contact current
More evidence neededChoose Edit, respond to the specific blocker with a URL or confirmed terms, then save for reassessment
Does not matchReview the DR, budget, format, relevance or risk reason; update if there is a genuine change
WithdrawnThe proposal is no longer a selectable offer

The platform queries DR and available traffic, reviews public evidence and business relevance, and checks explicit conditions. Traffic and geography are advisory; no traffic screenshots are required. Domain-restricted search discovers potential articles. Summaries are distinguished from inspected content, and no search results alone do not prove poor quality.

Common evidence requests:

  • Unreadable content: add an accessible same-site editorial article or save to request another assessment. A read failure alone is not a poor-quality verdict.
  • Unconfirmed publishing conditions: state what is genuinely confirmed, such as whether this is a new Guest Post rather than a press-release repost, word count, attributes or byline rules.
  • No suitable insertion article: suggest a real relevant article. Repeating only the domain does not establish an insertion passage.
  • Unavailable DR: the metric remains unverified. A claim or screenshot does not replace the platform metric; retry and report a persistent problem.

An update does not guarantee approval. If the publishing arrangement cannot meet the buyer's requirement, say so. Assessments are normally automatic; operators handle exceptions. Save evidence in My proposals → Edit rather than sending a separate message to a chat.

7. Update offers and arrange cooperation

Use Edit in My proposals to update price, validity, publishing days, article URL, link attribute, contact and conditions. Save and check the new assessment. Use Withdraw promptly if the resource is unavailable.

After unlocking, the buyer receives the contact you supplied. Agree final editorial requirements, price, payment and timing directly. Linkquire does not collect supplier placement fees. Qualification or an unlock does not mean a sale, payment or engagement has occurred.

The buyer prepares content and sends it to you. Check a Guest Post draft against the publisher's editorial rules. For insertion copy, confirm that the article can still be changed and the proposed location is available. If the target URL or attributes change, ask the buyer to update the engagement requirements.

8. Receive an engagement and submit the live URL

An engagement appears in Placement delivery only after the buyer chooses I have entrusted this supplier on the unlocked plan and confirms requirements.

  1. Open Placement delivery → engagement. Review domain, format, exact target URL, attribute, anchor, due date and other terms.
  2. Complete publication according to the agreement.
  3. Under Delivery submission and checks, enter Actual published article URL.
  4. Choose Submit delivery for checking and wait for the result.

Enter the actual live article on the external publishing website. Do not enter the buyer's target page, a homepage, a Google Docs draft, a reference sample or a placeholder that is not live. For Link Insertion, enter the article you actually updated.

If your delivery list is empty, confirm that the buyer established cooperation with this supplier account. A submitted/qualified quote, buyer unlock or offline payment does not automatically create an engagement.

9. Resolve discrepancies and follow acceptance

Result or stageAction
Passed / Awaiting buyer reviewAsk the buyer to review and decide; the platform does not automatically accept
Target link missingCompare the actual href with the exact agreed URL, including path and query string
Attribute or anchor mismatchCorrect the link according to the agreement, then resubmit or recheck
Publishing domain or insertion article mismatchVerify the submitted article and final redirected URL
Temporarily unreadableWait for retries or use Retry delivery check; browser access does not guarantee the platform can read it
Changes requestedRead the buyer's instructions in the detail/history, discuss, correct and submit the live URL
AcceptedThe buyer confirmed completion; the record and history are locked and retained

Target link missing is not a Google indexing result. If the agreement says https://example.com but the link points to https://example.com/product/, that is a target mismatch. Protocol, www, fragments and trailing slashes are normalized; different paths and query strings remain significant. If the intended agreement changes, the buyer revises requirements and the system retains versions and rechecks.

Unreadable pages have retries scheduled approximately 1, 6 and 24 hours after the first failure. Manual retries require a minimum 10-minute interval. The five-minute scheduler dispatches due work rather than continuously scanning all URLs. Use the detail's current checks, history and next scheduled check for the full record.

The buyer decides acceptance or changes. Neither an automatic check nor an administrator accepts on the buyer's behalf. The buyer can manually accept with a reason while preserving the original result. Written editorial conditions also need review by the parties.

If you cannot complete the agreement, explain under Unable to complete? → Report inability to deliver for the buyer to handle. An overdue flag is a reminder, not automatic rejection. Cancellation preserves history. Recurring monitoring after acceptance is not available in this release.

10. Set email preferences and submit feedback

Open Email preferences, enable matching new-request emails, enter industries, markets, languages and placement preferences, then save. Use comma-separated values as prompted. Email verification is required. One email is sent per matching request; turn subscriptions off in preferences or unsubscribe from an email. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to every request.

Use the top-right notifications and engagement details for delivery progress. For persistent assessment or submission problems, open Product feedback, describe reproduction steps, expected result and the relevant workspace path, complete security verification and submit. Read operator replies there. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details or customer secrets. The limit is five reports per account per day, at least 60 seconds apart.
