In this guide
Use Linkquire to publish a placement request, compare supplier quotes, unlock assessments and content plans, and record delivery and acceptance. You arrange publication and pay the supplier directly.
1. Create an account and verify your email
- Open Buyer sign-in, then choose registration. Use Google or enter your name, email and a password of at least 10 characters.
- Complete the Cloudflare security verification before email registration or starting Google sign-in. If the verification expires, complete it again before submitting.
- On your first visit, choose the buyer role and enter your company or brand name to set up your workspace.
- For email registration, open the message titled Verify your Linkquire email and follow its link. Check spam if it does not arrive. Use the verification banner to resend; there is normally a 60-second wait before another resend.
- Return to the workspace and refresh your verification status using the banner. Google sign-in usually needs no separate verification email when Google supplies a verified email; follow the actual account status shown on screen.
A verified email is required to publish requests, redeem trial credits and submit product feedback. If you already have an unverified email/password account, verify it before trying to link the same Google identity. Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page if needed.
The interface defaults to English. Use the top-right language switch for Chinese. Switching the interface does not rewrite existing assessments, quotes or articles.
2. Find your workspace tools
| Menu | What you can do |
|---|---|
| My requests | Create requests, resume unpublished drafts and compare quotes |
| Content and publication | Open unlocked reports, supplier contacts, content plans and cooperation records |
| Placement delivery | Review requirements, submissions, checks, acceptance and history |
| Opportunity credits | Check your balance, redeem trial codes and view credit activity |
| Product feedback | Report problems, suggest improvements and read replies |
An administrator account also has a separate Administrator tools section. Use the normal buyer workspace for your own purchases and placements.
3. Create and publish a request
Step 1: Enter requirements
From My requests, create a new request, or open New request.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Brand website | Your full website URL, such as https://example.com |
| Target countries/regions | Leave unselected for Global, or choose up to 20 countries/regions |
| Content language | The language for the final article, separately from the interface language |
| Target page, optional | A page on your website to receive the link; you can confirm it later, before content generation and cooperation |
| Minimum/maximum budget | Your budget per supplier placement in USD; the platform plan fee is separate |
| Minimum Ahrefs DR, optional | 0–100; leave blank for no minimum. Quotes below it are not recommended; an unavailable required DR stays unverified |
| Placement type | Guest Post, Link Insertion, or either |
| Business note, optional | Products, audience, preferred topics and site types you do not accept; Chinese input is supported |
Choose Next: preview request. Linkquire reads your website and prepares an English preview. This is still a draft and is not visible to suppliers.
Step 2: Preview and publish
- Review the English title and description, industry, market, language, budget and DR requirement.
- Open Edit requirements (optional) if needed. Changes to the original require an updated English preview. You can also edit the English preview manually.
- If preparation fails, retry or complete the English title, industry, market, language and brief manually. Your original text is retained.
- Check the box approving the supplier brief and Linkquire's automatic anonymous public recruitment.
- Choose Publish request and start receiving quotes. A published confirmation and quote deadline indicate that suppliers can now view the request.
No administrator approval is needed. Quote collection normally runs for three working days; use the actual deadline displayed on the request. Displayed times use Beijing time (UTC+8). Resume an unfinished draft from My requests using Continue publishing.
Understand supplier visibility and anonymous recruitment
Registered suppliers see your approved English supplier brief. It may contain appropriate brand or product names. Review the text itself and remove private contacts, confidential information and URLs you do not want suppliers to read. Your website, target page and private business note remain hidden as separate fields; information manually included in the brief can still be read by suppliers.
Linkquire separately prepares and checks an anonymous summary for public listings and recruitment. You do not need to anonymize it yourself or approve a second summary. If anonymous preparation needs attention, supplier quoting can continue on the published request. The platform operator chooses whether to promote it on LinkedIn; publishing a request does not automatically publish a LinkedIn post.
4. Compare quotes and assessment results
Open a request to see recommended and unverified opportunities. Quotes from different suppliers or for different placement types remain separate, even on the same domain.
| Quote status | Meaning and next step |
|---|---|
| Awaiting review / Under review | Processing is pending or underway; return later for the result |
| Matches brief | The current quote meets assessment conditions; review its price, expiry and recommendation before unlocking |
| More evidence needed | A metric, readable content, relevance or an explicit condition still needs verification; wait for an update or consider another opportunity |
| Does not match | The current offer does not meet the request; read the reason |
| Withdrawn / expired | The offer is no longer available as a valid choice |
Assessment considers public content and supported quality-risk signals, DR, business relevance and offer conditions. Traffic can be unavailable; total traffic and geographic distribution are advisory. You and the supplier do not need to provide traffic screenshots.
Search summaries are distinguished from inspected pages. A background-based assessment is not a current editorial audit, and a high DR does not verify a supplier's publishing authority.
If no qualifying offers exist, you do not need to purchase credits. Wait or create another request with adjusted scope, budget or placement type. To stop collection early, expand the request's public brief/conditions section and use the close-collection action. Closing stops new quotes and retains existing records.
5. Purchase, redeem and unlock
Current platform prices: $9.90 for one credit; $19 for two.
- Select a valid qualifying quote and open the unlock confirmation.
- With a balance, use one credit to unlock. Otherwise choose a purchase option and complete Stripe Checkout.
- If the balance has not updated on return, wait for payment confirmation and refresh it. Buying credits and unlocking a quote are separate actions: return to the quote to use a credit.
- For a trial code, open Opportunity credits → trial-credit redemption, paste the complete code and submit. You must have a verified email. Expired, disabled, redeemed or email-mismatched codes cannot grant credits again.
One independent proposal uses one credit, including different suppliers or Guest Post/Link Insertion offers on the same domain. An unlock provides the full report, supplier contact and content-plan entitlement; it does not arrange publication or pay the supplier.
Unused or restored credits can be used on later requests; current early-bird credits do not expire. Pay the supplier's placement fee directly. If a quote proves inaccurate, open the quote-exception section in the full report and submit the specific discrepancy and supporting evidence. After verification, the platform can restore the credit; this version does not issue refunds.
6. Contact the supplier and prepare content
Open Content and publication → unlocked plan.
Review the website assessment
Check relevance, quality evidence, metric sources/timestamps and conditions. Copy the supplier contact and confirm current availability, final price, editorial requirements, timing, link attributes and the exact target page directly.
Use the content plan
- Enter the full confirmed target URL on your own website.
- Enter the confirmed content brief: subject, audience, anchor text, length, article language and supplier rules.
- For Guest Post, confirm that you have agreed the quote and requirements with the supplier, then generate the draft.
- For Link Insertion, select an existing recommended article and confirm that you will discuss availability and the changes with the supplier. Generate the plan to obtain the original passage, an insertion/replacement position and proposed copy. Without a suitable readable article, an insertion plan cannot be generated.
- Review the output for factual accuracy, wording and links. Edit and save, copy, or download Markdown.
- To use the included AI revision, provide a clear change request. After that revision, you can still edit manually.
An unlock includes one initial generation and one AI revision. Generation does not publish the content on the external website. Send the final copy to the supplier and confirm publication. Direct Google Docs creation is not currently available; use copy or Markdown download.
7. Record cooperation and delivery requirements
After agreeing cooperation with the supplier, open Content and publication → plan → Publication and feedback → Placement delivery, then choose I have entrusted this supplier. An unlock does not automatically establish cooperation. Delivery management uses no extra credits.
Confirm:
- Publishing domain and placement type.
- Exact target URL, link attribute (sponsored / nofollow / dofollow / ugc) and optional anchor text.
- Delivery due date and other agreed publishing conditions.
- The agreed existing article for Link Insertion, if applicable.
Approve the agreement and submit. The engagement appears in Placement delivery. Later quote or draft changes do not automatically change these requirements.
If the agreement changes, discuss it with the supplier first, then choose Revise requirements in the engagement. Versions are retained and an existing submission is checked again. Other written conditions need your own review; the technical check does not evaluate every editorial term.
8. Review and accept delivery
The supplier submits the actual published article URL. Open Placement delivery → engagement → Delivery submission and checks for the result, final page URL, observed target links, anchors and attributes.
| Result | What to do |
|---|---|
| Passed | Open the page, review the article and agreement, then choose Accept delivery if satisfied |
| Mismatch | Review the domain, article, target URL, anchor or attribute discrepancy; choose Request changes with specific instructions |
| Unverified / temporarily unreadable | The platform could not read the page; wait for a retry or use Retry delivery check |
If you independently reviewed and accept a delivery with a mismatch or unreadable page, choose Manually accept delivery and explain why. The original technical result is preserved. A change request also requires a reason. Confirm that you reviewed the conditions and choose Confirm buyer decision. Administrators cannot accept on your behalf.
A missing-target result is not a Google indexing result. The agreed URL is compared with the actual link: https://example.com and https://example.com/product/ are different. Protocol, www, fragments and a trailing slash are normalized, but paths and query strings still need to match.
Read failures have retries scheduled approximately 1, 6 and 24 hours after the first failure. Manual retries require at least 10 minutes between checks; follow on-screen timing. The five-minute scheduler dispatches due work, rather than checking every published URL every five minutes.
9. Follow status and history
| Engagement stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting delivery | Cooperation is recorded; the supplier has not yet delivered |
| Checking delivery | A submission or requirements update is being checked |
| Awaiting buyer review | A check result is ready for your decision |
| Changes requested | Further correction or discussion is needed |
| Accepted | You confirmed completion; the record is locked and retained |
| Cancelled | Cooperation is closed; its history remains |
An overdue flag is a reminder, not automatic failure or acceptance. To end cooperation, enter a reason under End cooperation and cancel. You can establish a new engagement after cancellation while retaining the old record. If the supplier reports inability to deliver, decide how to handle it directly.
Use the top-right notifications and the engagement's Delivery history and Requirement versions for progress and evidence. Historical publication records remain separate and do not automatically become new engagements or accepted deliveries.
Recurring link tracking after acceptance is not available in this release. A saved check describes the state at its check time.
10. Troubleshooting and feedback
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| Suppliers cannot see the request | Is it still preparing/unpublished, missing a reviewed English preview, unverified, closed or past its deadline? |
| Publication button is disabled | Complete required fields, wait for the preview, verify email and check the approval box |
| Anonymous summary is still preparing | Supplier quoting can continue; the platform handles public anonymization |
| Credits purchased, but no plan | Select a quote and explicitly unlock it |
| Content generation is disabled | Confirm a target URL, a brief of at least 10 characters and the checkbox; insertion also needs an article |
| Delivery list is empty | Establish cooperation from an unlocked plan; unlocking or generating content alone is insufficient |
| A visible link reports a mismatch | Compare the exact path/query, anchor, attributes and final destination; revise requirements only for genuinely agreed changes |
For unresolved problems, open Product feedback, select a category and describe the issue, steps to reproduce, expected result and relevant workspace path. Complete security verification and submit; follow your status and operator replies there. Do not include passwords, keys, payment details or customer secrets. The limit is five reports per account per day, at least 60 seconds apart.
